Shopping Guide

1. How do I choose jewelry that’s right for me?

  • Rings: Consider your hand shape, skin tone, and daily style.
  • Earrings: Choose based on your face shape.
    • Example: A round face would benefit from long drop earrings, while a square face would benefit from rounded or irregularly shaped earrings.
  • Bracelets:
    • Slender wrists: A delicate chain.
    • Wider wrists: A wider or layered bracelet.
  • Necklaces: Choose the appropriate necklace length based on your collar, neck length, and desired effect.

2. How do I place an order?

  1. Browse the products, select the jewelry you like, and click “Add to Cart.”
  2. Go to the shopping cart to confirm your order.
  3. Enter your shipping address and contact information.
  4. Select a payment method and complete payment.

Sizing

Ring Sizing

  • Method 1: Use your existing ring and measure its inside diameter with a ruler. Compare this to our size chart.
  • Method 2:
    1. Wrap a piece of string or paper around the widest part of your finger.
    2. Mark the intersection with a pen.
    3. Measure the length between the marks (the circumference) with a ruler and compare this to our size chart.

💡 Tip:

  • If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.
  • Finger size can be affected by temperature, so measure later in the day when your finger is at a normal temperature.

Bracelet Sizing

  1. Measure your wrist circumference with a tape measure or paper.
  2. Add 1.5-2 cm to this measurement to ensure a comfortable fit.

Necklace Length Reference
Our necklaces come in a variety of lengths, such as:

  • Princess chains: 43-48 cm
  • Martini chains: 66 cm

You can refer to the pictures showing how different lengths look on you, or use a tape measure around your neck to determine the most comfortable length.

Jewelry Care

Daily Wear

  • Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, and chemical cleaning agents.
  • Remove jewelry when exercising, bathing, or swimming to prevent erosion from sweat or water stains.
  • Avoid contact with hard objects to prevent scratches or damage.

Material Care

  • Sterling silver jewelry: Oxidation and darkening are normal. You can gently clean with a silver polishing cloth or by soaking in water with a small amount of baking soda.
  • Gold-plated jewelry: Wipe with a soft cloth or jewelry cloth and keep dry. Avoid using chemical cleaners to prevent the plating from fading.
  • Karat gold jewelry: Wash with diluted soapy water and then dry with a soft cloth.

Storage
When not wearing, store jewelry in a separate jewelry box or sealed bag to prevent oxidation and scratches from other jewelry.

Return and Exchange Policy 7-Day Unconditional Return: Within 7 days of receipt, you may request a return without reason, provided it does not affect resale. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Exceeding the 7-day unconditional return period.
  • Earrings and other personal items for hygiene reasons (unless there are quality issues).
  • Customized products or products with obvious signs of use or damage.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Contact customer service to explain the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. After customer service confirms the reason, please return the product and all packaging accessories intact.
  3. Once we receive and confirm the product is correct, we will complete the refund or exchange within 10 business days.
